2. Products and Artwork

We offer original artwork, fine art prints, framed artwork, digital content, and related products.

We strive to display artwork, colors, dimensions, and product details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display colors, textures, or proportions.

All dimensions and specifications are approximate.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products without prior notice.

3. Original Artwork

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Original artworks are one-of-a-kind physical works.

  • Purchase of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.

  • Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with the artist.

Purchasing an original artwork does not grant the purchaser any right to reproduce, distribute, license, modify, publish, or commercially exploit the artwork.

The artist reserves the right to create and sell prints, reproductions, licensed products, promotional materials, and derivative commercial uses of original artwork unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Fine Art Prints and Framed Products

Fine art prints and framed products are reproductions of original artwork.

Because many products are made to order:

  • Minor production variations may occur.

  • Slight color differences may exist between digital previews and printed products.

  • Framing materials and production methods may vary slightly depending on fulfillment location and supplier availability.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges may be added during checkout or collected by local authorities.

Payment must be received and successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Inventory issues

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment authorization failures

  • Violations of these Terms

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Labor disputes

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.

Because artwork and many products are custom-produced or made to order, all sales are generally final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges may be offered only in cases involving:

  • Shipping damage

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect fulfillment

Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and include photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, product photographs, collection names, branding, logos, text, graphics, website content, and visual materials are owned by Deboshree Dutta and/or Deb Dutta Art and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be:

  • Copied

  • Reproduced

  • Republished

  • Distributed

  • Modified

  • Reverse engineered

  • Sold

  • Licensed

  • Used for training artificial intelligence systems

  • Used in machine learning datasets

  • Used commercially

without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website operation

  • Upload malicious software or code

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Impersonate another person or entity
